The storage radiator is included in the price for use in cooler weather.

Fitted with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and an excellent selection of utensils. (Washing machine is in the car port)

There is an electric shower over the bath which has a grab rail.

A programmable immersion heater supplies hot water.
The electricity coin meter accepts £1 and £2 coins.

Integral car-port/utility area at the side of the property plus additional parking for 1 car at the front.

The back garden is wooded; the front garden is lawned - a place where you can sit and enjoy the tranquillity of this special corner of Somerset interrupted only by birdsong
