A door opens onto the front garden - you can watch the squirrels and birds from your breakfast table. In addition to the usual furnishings a TV,DVD player and small selection of books and games can be used by our guests.

A storage radiator is included in the price for use in cooler weather.

 

Kitchen 

 

Fitted with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and an excellent selection of utensils. Washing machine is in the integral car port.

Two bedrooms : - 1 double + 1 twin

Blankets and pillows provided. Please take your own sheets, pillow cases and towels

Bathroom /WC

 

There is an electric shower over the bath. Shaver point. Heated towel rail.

A programmable immersion heater supplies hot water with a £1 coin meter for electricity.

 

Outside 

Integral car-port/utility area at the side of the property plus additional parking for 1 car at the front.

The back garden is wooded; the front garden is lawned - a place where you can sit and enjoy the tranquillity of this special corner of Somerset interrupted only by birdsong
